About the Role

Arlanis Reply is a specialist for consulting, planning, development and integration of Salesforce solutions and services.

Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Salesforce Solutions Expert to guide clients in achieving their business objectives through effective Salesforce product utilization.
  • This position requires hands-on experience with Salesforce products and platform configuration.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilitating workshops, leading business requirements discovery and analysis, and proposing improvements and automation through native Salesforce features and customizations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional project delivery from a functional perspective.
  • Ensure continuous alignment and transparency between the client and the delivery teams.
  • Presentation of project progress and results, promotion of value-driven and data-driven approach, analysis, presentation, and monitoring of business outcomes using metrics.
  • Pre-sales activities, including offer submissions and RFP responses, partnering with Salesforce account executives and sales engineers to optimize solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or comparable courses.
  • Previous client exposure as a business consultant or business analyst earned in a software project delivery context, with a willingness to dive deep into Salesforce through intense training, hands-on configuration experience, and certification.
  • Positive, proactive, and outgoing attitude backed by highly developed interpersonal skills allowing interaction with diverse audiences from business stakeholders to technical architects and developers.
  • Broad understanding of modern technology concepts, familiarity with Salesforce or other low-code platforms is beneficial.
  • Experience with Design Thinking tools and techniques is advantageous.
  • Fluent English is a must; German is a great bonus.
  • Availability to work in a remote/hybrid mode.
