VP of Marketing

We are seeking a versatile and hands-on VP of Marketing to take ownership of all things marketing—from strategy to execution—helping us build awareness, attract clients, and drive engagement.

At Calimala, we're dedicated to revolutionizing the recruitment industry with our innovative approach to ethical AI. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing our end-to-end marketing strategy, balancing brand-building initiatives with targeted lead-generation efforts.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and own our marketing strategy from the ground up, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align on messaging and refine our go-to-market approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Design and launch Calimala's comprehensive marketing strategy, incorporating both brand-building and lead-generation tactics.
  • Content Creation and Management: Produce high-quality content (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts) that showcases Calimala's thought leadership and educates potential clients on our unique approach.
  • Digital Marketing and Lead Generation: Run paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing, with a focus on driving high-quality leads.
  • Social Media Management: Manage Calimala's social media presence across key platforms, building a strong following, engaging audiences, and leveraging social channels to amplify brand awareness.
  • Brand Building and Positioning: Establish Calimala as an industry leader in ethical AI recruitment by consistently communicating our mission, AI Pact involvement, and unique value proposition.
  • Public Relations and Outreach: Cultivate media relationships, draft press releases, and identify PR opportunities to expand Calimala's visibility and reputation.
  • Data and Analytics: Track campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies based on data insights to continuously improve our marketing ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align on messaging and share client insights, refining our go-to-market approach.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
