We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy on various platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of social media analytics tools, experience in analyzing LinkedIn data and leads, and the ability to draw conclusions from data analysis.
You will also be responsible for collaborating with the graphic design team to create graphics and animations, creating animations and simple video materials, and organizing and promoting online and offline events.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing Britenet profiles on social media platforms, creating and publishing posts, monitoring comments and interactions, and optimizing content for algorithms and platform requirements.
We offer a competitive salary, higher education (marketing, communication, journalism, or sociology), or equivalent experience in other companies.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital role, preferably in the IT industry, is required. You must also have excellent knowledge of English at a B2/C1 level and proficiency in one or more additional languages, such as German, French, Dutch, or Polish.
