We are currently looking for a Compensation Analyst Expert to join our EMEA Payroll Team in TN Poland.

You will be working together with a team of professionals, supporting the Iberia region and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process payroll each pay period in a timely manner by following standard procedures and checklists to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Audit data inputs for precision and make any necessary corrections to maintain data integrity.
  3. Review payroll reports for accuracy and submit them for sign off to ensure transparency and accountability.
  4. Maintain daily relationships with our external payroll provider to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
  5. Work closely with our Compliance Department to receive relevant advice and guidance on regulatory requirements.
  6. Collaborate with the payroll provider to identify opportunities for process improvements and rectify any payroll-related issues promptly.
  7. Answer complex queries from employees and managers in a professional and courteous manner.
  8. Update and create procedures and checklists for the assigned country to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
  9. Work with Accounting and Treasury to facilitate payroll posting and payments in a seamless manner.
  10. Maintain the time and absence system for the assigned country to ensure accurate records and reporting.
  11. Participate in payroll-related projects to drive innovation and excellence in our operations.
Requirements:
  1. You have previous experience in Payroll, Finance, or HR, with a strong background in compensation analysis and planning.
  2. You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can convey complex ideas effectively.
  3. You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  4. You work well independently and collaboratively in a team setting, with a flexible approach to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
  5. You are comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment and can adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.
  6. You have a strong knowledge of Excel and other productivity tools, with the ability to create and analyze complex spreadsheets.
  7. You can make informed decisions based on data-driven insights and recommendations.
