As a Customer Support Specialist at AirHelp Services Poland Sp. z o.o., you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to air passengers globally. Your role will involve assisting customers throughout the claim-handling process, from initial contact to resolution.

Salary and Benefits

The compensation package includes a competitive salary of PLN 5500-6500 gross per month, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses up to PLN 3000.

About the Job

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (both spoken and written) to join our team. As a Junior Operations Specialist in Customer Support, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers via email, chat, and social media channels in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Utilizing your legal knowledge to advise and assist air travelers.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum B2 level of fluency in English and Chinese.
  • Experience working with targets.
  • Eagerness to learn about the airline industry and customer service.
  • Satisfaction from helping people and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Ability to work in a two-shift system.
