About this Role
Key Responsibilities- Material Sourcing and Procurement: Organize and control material supplies to meet requirements regarding quantity, place, time, kind, and quality.
- Supplier Management: Implement and maintain effective supplier management processes to ensure timely deliveries and high-quality materials.
- Purchasing Orders: Request, evaluate, and compare quotations, aligning them with technical drawings, and create purchasing orders accordingly.
- Inventory Management: Process orders (automatic purchase requisition or manual handling) while considering optimum days inventory held.
- Delivery Tracking: Ensure and trace on-time deliveries, sharing inspection reports with suppliers and following up on corrections for defective deliveries.
- Reporting and Analysis: Create reports about material stock, procurement data, material requisitions, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
