Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Manager to join our Video Production team at Playsense, a full-service creative agency and production house. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage team workload: Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and availability, and bring in external vendors when necessary.
  • Optimize team capacity: Monitor team workload, identify bottlenecks, and adjust to maintain efficiency.
  • Verify payments: Review billing reports for the team and vendors to ensure accuracy.
  • Support the team: Provide administrative assistance and act as a liaison between Producers and Production specialists.
  • Reporting: Regularly update the Head of Production and Team Supervisor on project progress and performance, highlighting key insights to improve planning and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Tech-savvy in video production: Familiarity with CGI and Unreal Engine is a plus.
  • Organized and detail-oriented: Ability to juggle tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Problem solver: Capacity to identify and resolve issues before they become problems.
  • Great communicator: Effective communication skills to share updates and gather feedback from clients and team members.
  • Team player: Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve team goals.
  • Strong financial sense: Proficiency in budgeting tools, billing reports, and vendor payment management.
  • Fluent in English: Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
  • Passion for video games: Genuine interest in the gaming industry.
