Senior Marketing Manager Role at Life Academy

- We seek an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts of our project, design effective campaigns, implement structured CRM systems, and maintain consistent lead traffic and high customer retention levels.
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for our project, providing insights on product improvement from a marketing perspective to enhance outcomes;
- Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (messengers, email, content marketing, SEO, SEM, etc.) to drive results;
- Collaborate with sales and product teams in research, campaign creation, and optimization efforts;
- Prepare roadmaps for campaigns, create content, and landing page prototypes, briefing designers, content managers, and developers as needed;
- Present reporting on campaign and promotion results;
- Effectively manage the marketing team responsible for our project;
- Source and oversee outsourced production teams when necessary (copywriters, video editors, SEO specialists, etc.);
- Design, set up, and optimize marketing and sales workflows in CRM systems to track marketing activities and analyze data for improved campaign performance;
- Create, oversee, and improve marketing materials, including website banners, hard copy brochures, and case studies;
- Enhance cooperation with sales teams to improve campaign performance and CRM processes;
- Plan and monitor the marketing budget within our project on a monthly and quarterly basis, allocating funds wisely to maximize ROI;
- Coordinate the brand's presence at sponsorship events, expos, and industry conferences to increase visibility, network with partners, and attract potential students;
- Maintain open communication with 3rd party marketing service providers when necessary.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in finance, ed-tech or fin-tech sectors;
- Proven expertise in planning and launching paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.);
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing KPIs;
- Proficiency in marketing data analysis and excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and similar tools;
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar;
- Effective team management experience, handling teams of 3-10 people;
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills;
- English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
- Bonus points for intermediate-level Spanish fluency and experience in managing webinar/seminar funnels.
