Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers to resolve various employee and organizational issues, including headcount planning, organizational development, and other areas of the employee lifecycle.
- Provide advisory services in performance planning, interpretation of company policies and programs, performance management, employee relations, talent development, and retention activities.
- Oversee HR Administration & Payroll
- Offer consultative support and guidance to managers on the implementation and coordination of core global and local HR programs.
- Monitor key business metrics and utilize workforce analytics to identify areas of opportunity/concern, supporting the creation and execution of action plans.
- Develop and implement HR-related projects and participate in special projects as needed.
- Create and execute engagement plans for the organization with support from managers and the Leadership Team.
- Actively participate in creating and executing training & development programs.
