Early Talent Program Manager (part-time) (f/m/x)

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with business leaders and managers to prioritize Early Talent as part of their overall workforce & talent planning strategies.
  2. Lead the deployment of One Mars cross-segment Early Talent programs to build and grow our early talent pipeline over time, accountable for executing a standardized regional program framework.
  3. Partner with business on developing annual and 3-year strategic demand plans linked to people/talent priorities and critical future capabilities, ensuring appropriate funding and headcount in place.
  4. Act as a coach to Line Managers, mentors, and other program stakeholders to ensure all program elements and people processes are delivered in a quality manner.
  5. Accountable for a robust onboarding experience of program participants and line managers, setting clear expectations and a positive first associate impression of Mars.
  6. Continuously improve (and transform) program design based on data, external trends, and internal stakeholder insights to maximize development & retention of top talent.
  7. Share insights with the Early Talent Specialist and Employer Reputation & Recruitment Marketing team to attract high-potential candidate profiles for our ET programs in line with program ambition.
  8. Work closely with ARGs and diversity champions to create an environment that allows all talent at Mars to thrive.
  9. Guardian of program promise, ensuring program participants are supported by great line managers and our business units identify quality placements providing appropriate development experiences.
  10. Leading projects within the region to drive improved outcomes around ET program effectiveness, efficiency, or quality to maximize benefit and value to Mars, Early Talent participants, and Talent Acquisition.
Requirements:
  1. University degree or equivalent, preferably in HR or Business.
  2. Led talent management processes to build organizational health through talent planning and succession management.
  3. Exposed to the strategic development and deployment of talent programs to meet business talent objectives.
  4. Able to influence and drive change with senior leaders using data and insights.
  5. Experience working in a matrix organization.
  6. Able to translate external and internal insights into breakthrough strategies.
  7. Fluent English; French, German, Dutch, Polish, Arabic, or Hindi is a plus.
