Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for implementing new processes and procedures to ensure the highest quality standards are met. You will work closely with our executive team to develop and implement compliance strategies that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and quality management, with experience in implementing new processes and procedures. You will be a detail-oriented and analytical individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive QMS documentation
  • Analyze data and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement compliance strategies
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • At least two years of relevant job experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • ISO norms knowledge would be an asset
