Logistics Specialist for Service Parts Delivery

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a key member of our operational order fulfillment team, you will be responsible for managing orders through the complete delivery cycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of service parts to our customers and partners in Europe.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of service parts to customers and partners in Europe, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor and analyze order fulfillment and delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and order fulfillment to ensure our processes are optimized and efficient.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or service organization, preferably in order fulfillment.
  • Economical knowledge, especially in Supply Chain Management.
  • Business fluent English, Polish strongly preferred, German or any other language can be an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with focus on logistics or similar area.
  • Experience in the area of transportation and shipping.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with management levels.
  • Proven customer support experience/customer orientation.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
