Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on Guidewire implementations in the insurance industry.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading requirements gathering sessions, developing detailed documentation, and facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders.

You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements, timelines, and project status.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience working with Guidewire platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions to collect business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements, timelines, and project status.
  • Design and execute test plans to ensure Guidewire applications meet business needs and are free from defects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Good experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
  • Proven experience with Guidewire implementations, particularly with modules such as PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a thorough understanding of business processes related to insurance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Experience with SQL and familiarity with database concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
