We are seeking a highly skilled IT General Controls Excellence Manager to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our 2LOD IT controls team, you will work closely with our IT and business teams to help us prepare for UK SOX and raise awareness about the importance of IT General Controls.
Our global IT transformation is an exciting journey, and we're looking for someone with a good understanding of IT General Controls and how IT controls should work. If you have experience in coordinating remediation activities for IT control deficiencies, developing and maintaining a remediation tracking system, and collaborating with control owners and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective remediation of identified issues, then we'd love to hear from you.
This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with industry best practices, emerging risks, and regulatory requirements related to IT controls and governance is also essential.
