Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Warsaw as part of our Global Business Service Center.

The successful candidate will support our service structures in the LATAM region, ensuring seamless customer interactions and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issue service invoices and manage contracts in the CLM system
  • Create sales opportunities and quotes, resolving customer billing queries
  • Provide support in cash collection and offer high-quality assistance to the Service organization
  • Execute tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Director related to business development and growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, linguistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales support roles
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese, with working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
