We are seeking an organized and innovative professional to join our international team at Worldline as a Customer Service Specialist. This role involves working closely with global accounts and requires excellent communication skills.

About the Opportunity

  • We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide telephone and email support for customer inquiries, including financial queries.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and be proficient in German, English, and Polish.
  • You will work independently to process requests from customers, partners, and third parties, adhering to SLAs and quality requirements.
  • This role also involves updating systems to reflect contract changes, activating new services, and maintaining accurate customer information.
  • In addition, you will actively participate in operational implementation of new products and services, collaborate on projects, and execute recurring tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Set up and maintain merchant contracts in our systems.
  2. Provide top-notch customer service, addressing product questions, technical issues, and basic queries.
  3. Independently manage all types of requests, ensuring timely resolution and meeting quality standards.
  4. Keep systems updated with contract changes, service activations, and customer status updates.
  5. Support the rollout of new products and services, contribute to project initiatives, and complete routine tasks.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to technical support teams when necessary.

About You

  • Holder of excellent customer care experience.
  • Strong client focus and exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in German, English, and Polish, with professional-level speaking and writing abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
