As a key member of the company's finance department, this individual will be responsible for directing a team of specialists in providing high-quality financial services to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure accurate and compliant financial statements and reports.
  • Implement efficient processes and internal controls to meet SLA targets and maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external auditors, as well as collaborate effectively with consolidation and reporting teams.
  • Promote team development, guide career advancement, and facilitate recruitment to cultivate a high-performing team environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Ledger Team Lead and at least 5 years in a Shared Services setting.
  • Possession of a Chartered Accountant certification and familiarity with US GAAP is highly advantageous.
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or similar field.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing teams of more than 5 members.
  • In-depth understanding of Finance, especially in General Ledger management.
  • Prior involvement in Shared Services transitions is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Experience with internal controls, such as SOX, is beneficial.
