About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Technical Program Manager to join our Supply Chain team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving technical initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business development activities by providing technical proposals and budget estimates.
  • Participate in the creation of requirements, conduct analyses, and identify key factors affecting project development.
  • Manage mid-scale and large impact technological projects, including technical strategy, solutioning, and program execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and advise on technology solutions.
  • Define and address project risks and technological dependencies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholder groups to achieve effective buy-in.
  • Design and recommend technical solutions in collaboration with experts.
  • Identify project risks and issues, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure timely use of project and technology tools to drive accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology (IT/ICT) or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer and/or architect.
  • 5+ years of related work experience, preferably as a project or program manager.
  • Logistics services industry experience is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of IT technologies, especially enterprise class technologies.
  • Demonstrated understanding of program and project management principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with negotiation and influencing.
  • Fluent English for verbal and written communication is a must.
