Key Responsibilities

This 1-year fixed-term contract will see you providing top-tier technical support and expertise for prioritized projects, collaborating with various teams, and maintaining and enhancing the performance and reliability of our product.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in IT operations with a solid understanding of various systems (Windows, Linux) and basic programming knowledge.
  • Expert-level ability to troubleshoot incidents in large and complex environments.
  • Understanding of Git/Dev/SecOps, build pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, cloud, and infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Linux shell, Ansible, Bash, Git, Selenium, Splunk APM, and synthetics.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Experience in monitoring external services/applications, SOAP requests, and REST APIs.
  • Understanding of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
  • Knowledge of Nginx, Apache, Tomcat, and JBoss.
  • Ability to troubleshoot TCP and TLS connections.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
