The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating on high-profile engagements, focusing on areas like financial regulations, corporate restructuring, commercial or financial services contract negotiation, and more. They'll work closely with clients to draft and negotiate various contracts, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, is also essential.
Main Responsibilities:- You'll contribute to delivering exceptional results, meeting client expectations, and promoting a positive work environment;
- Negotiate and draft multiple types of contracts, including those related to content, software development, professional services, and more;
- Maintain accurate records and data on both Factor and client systems;
- Collaborate in creating and refining contract templates and tools for the team's benefit;
- Engage in continuous learning and improvement initiatives to enhance our services and offerings.
- Hold a LAW degree or equivalent legal certification;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts;
- Excellent command of Spanish and Portuguese languages, with knowledge of relevant legal terms;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present confidently;
- Familiarity with matter management systems;
- Adequate understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Word;
- Flexibility and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team;
- Ability to independently manage responsibilities with minimal supervision;
- Certified eligibility to work in the country where this position is based.
