Key Responsibilities:
  • You'll contribute to delivering high-quality results, maintaining strong client relationships, and advancing our reputation in the industry;
  • Negotiate and draft multiple types of contracts, incorporating client-specific requirements and priorities;
  • Maintain detailed records and data on both Factor and client systems, adhering to regulatory standards;
  • Collaborate in developing and refining contract templates and tools for the team's benefit;
  • Support the ongoing enhancement of our services and offerings.
Requirements and Expectations:
  • Hold a reputable LAW degree or equivalent legal certification;
  • Minimum 2 years of direct experience in contract management and negotiation;
  • Exemplary command of Spanish and Portuguese languages, including relevant legal terminology;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with confidence in articulating ideas;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Word;
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify creative solutions, and clearly communicate findings;
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn from others;
  • Achieve independence while working closely with colleagues;
  • Meet any necessary certifications or clearances to perform this role.
