Returns Warehouse Operations Manager Role

Olympus Business Services is seeking a skilled Returns Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in minimizing the time of handling goods flows as part of returns and complaints, ensuring the proper functioning of our returns warehouse.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  •   - Daily allocation and planning of work to timely complete assigned tasks.
  •   - Compliance with company regulations and procedures regarding returns and complaints processes.
  •   - Identifying opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction.
  •   - Evaluating and prioritizing potential improvements based on gains and required effort.

Requirements

  •   - University degree in Logistics or Business Administration (an asset).
  •   - Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in an international company, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
  •   - Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  •   - Strong communication skills, skilled in stakeholder management and building relationships.

Additional Information

  •   - Knowledge of SAP and other tools (Power BI, JIRA, PowerPoint) is highly valued.
