Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Returns Process Specialist to join our team at OLYMPUS Business Services sp. z o.o.

About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to minimize the time spent on handling returns and complaints in cooperation with a warehouse service provider. As a Return Goods Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the returns warehouse, allocating tasks daily, and planning work to meet assigned deadlines.

This role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities to ensure effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

You will also identify opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and cost optimization. Evaluating and prioritizing potential improvements based on gains and required effort will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimize the time spent on handling returns and complaints in cooperation with a warehouse service provider.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the returns warehouse.
  • Daily allocation and planning of work to meet assigned deadlines.
  • Compliance with company regulations and procedures regarding returns and complaints processes.
  • Speed up return processing times.
  • Closing return and complaint handling efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction.
  • Evaluate and prioritize potential improvements based on gains and required effort.
  • Define new and optimize current KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Participate in regular calls with stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure good cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Verify and update Desktop Procedures (DTPs) & Process Maps.
  • Take action according to assigned tasks and reports.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong educational background in Logistics or Business Administration. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an international company, preferably in Supply Chain Management, is required.

Your excellent Excel skills and knowledge of other tools such as Power BI, JIRA, PowerPoint, and SAP will be beneficial in this position.

A fluent written and spoken English language skillset is essential. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities are crucial for success in this role.
