Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with existing customers, primarily through phone and email interactions, to increase sales of our products and/or services.
  • Order Management: Obtain orders through various channels, verify details, and enter items into our system for seamless processing.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to suggest related items and explain their features to enhance the customer's buying experience.
  • Opportunity Development: Collaborate with outside sales teams to ensure goals are met and opportunities are pursued effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor open customer order reports and act on open items to ensure timely delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills essential.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities necessary for success in this role.
