Role and Responsibilities

As an Internal Sales Advisor, you will be the primary contact point for customers and prospects in the designated region. You will work closely with your colleagues to expand the customer portfolio in this region.

  • You will have both in- and outbound contacts with customers and prospects.
  • You will create offers and orders, and actively follow up on them: negotiating, arguing, and promoting products.
  • You will register and deal with complaints, and provide good follow-up.
  • You will collaborate closely with colleagues within your team.
  • You will offer commercial support to representatives.
  • You will give guided tours to visiting customers.
  • You will identify needs of prospects/customers and offer our products.
  • You will actively use promotions, actions, product of the week, and help think about the elaboration of regional actions.
  • You will process replies from different departments within TVH and communicate these to the customer/prospect.
  • You will collect market info and pass this on to determine the positioning of our own products.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Multiple years of relevant experience in a (technical-)commercial function.
  • A good knowledge of Hungarian and a good knowledge of English (oral and written).
  • Strong relational sales skills focused on achieving results.
  • A team player who can work independently.
  • Strong in outbound calling.
  • An organizational mindset and ability to think along.
  • Perseverance and follow-up skills.
