Your role and responsibilities

  • As a key member of our sales team, you will be the primary contact point for customers and prospects in the designated region.
  • You will work closely with colleagues to expand the customer portfolio in this region, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Key responsibilities include creating offers and orders, negotiating prices, and promoting our products to customers.
  • You will also handle customer complaints and provide excellent follow-up service.
  • Collaboration with colleagues within your team is crucial to achieving sales targets.
  • You will provide commercial support to our representatives, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Giving guided tours to visiting customers is also an important aspect of this role.
  • You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and offering our products as solutions.
  • You will actively use promotions, actions, and product of the week to drive sales.
  • Processing replies from different departments and communicating with customers is also a key responsibility.
  • You will collect market information and share it with the team to inform product positioning.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Multiple years of experience in a commercial or sales function, preferably in the agricultural sector.
  • Fluency in Hungarian and a good understanding of English (oral and written).
  • You should be a strong relational sales agent with a focus on achieving results.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational mindset and ability to think critically.
  • Perseverance and ability to work independently.
  • Follow-up and administration skills are essential.
