Your role and responsibilities

  • As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary contact point for customers and prospects from the designated region, working closely with colleagues to expand the customer portfolio.
  • You will have both in- and outbound contacts with customers and prospects, creating offers and orders, and following up actively.
  • You will register and deal with complaints, providing a good follow-up, and collaborate closely with colleagues within your team.
  • You will offer commercial support to representatives, give guided tours to visiting customers, and identify needs of prospects/customers to offer our products.
  • You will actively use promotions, actions, and product information to help determine the positioning of our products.
  • You will process replies from different departments within TVH and communicate these to the customer/prospect.
  • You will collect market information and pass it on to determine the positioning of our products.

How to succeed / Your profile

  • Multiple years of relevant experience in a commercial function, preferably in the agricultural sector.
  • A very good knowledge of Hungarian and a good knowledge of English (oral and written).
  • Strong relational sales skills, focused on achieving results, and a team player who can work independently.
  • Strong in outbound calling, organizational mindset, and perseverance.
  • Strong in follow-up and administration.
