Greek Customer Support Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist with Greek. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
- Provide proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding customer service via phone, chat, and email.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Greek (C1 level) and good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, tourism, or airline industries is preferred.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Can work effectively in a team environment.
- Is adaptable and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
