Job Description:

The Credit Controller will be responsible for managing the flow of financial transactions between PARKER HANNIFIN CORP and its customers, ensuring that all invoices are paid in a timely manner.

This involves working closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and communicating effectively with customers to resolve any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the credit control process, including sending reminders and making phone calls to customers
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • Higher education, preferably in Finance / Accounting / Economics
  • Experience in a similar role will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in German (min. C1)
  • Good knowledge of English (min. B1/B2)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiating skills.
