Career Opportunities: HR OPS Assistant

Beko Europe is a leading home appliances business, dedicated to enhancing the lives of its customers through innovative and sustainable household products.

The company was formed in 2023 as a result of an agreement between Arçelik and Whirlpool, with Arçelik owning 75 percent of the company.

With over 20,000 employees, Beko Europe has 69 subsidiaries and 11 production sites across Europe.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support to employees, responding to queries related to policies, systems, and life cycle events.
  • Ensure compliance with existing procedures, legal regulations, and customer requirements while managing tickets within set timeframes.
  • Assess employee queries and refer them to the relevant subject matter expert when necessary.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams, including Payroll, HR onsite, and HRBPs.
  • Support daily employee data administration.
Requirements:
  • Student or recent graduate.
  • Fluency in Polish, English, and Italian.
  • Preferred experience in HR Shared Service or HR Department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong team spirit building skills.
  • Familiarity with CSR and HCM tools (ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, Jira) is beneficial.
