About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. You should be proficient in MS Office, particularly pivot tables and V-look up, and have a strong understanding of English language skills at C1 level.

In this role, you will work closely with our billing team to coordinate information on payer requirements, assist in building on existing customer base by providing the highest level of customer service and support, and maintain a proper database of our accounts and contacts.

Your Tasks
  1. Process incoming EMEA portal and orders
  2. Create customer service cases and set the appropriate follow-up
  3. Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy of data entry
  4. Send requests for specimens and complete subsequent follow-up
  5. Administer activities in pertinent queues
  6. Contact medical personnel, to obtain information required to complete the order entry process
  7. Document all phone calls and follow-up activities in our Salesforce application according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the customer service department policy
  8. Provide assistance, information, and education to customers in accordance with department policies and procedures
  9. Work closely with our billing team to coordinate information on payer requirements
  10. Assist in building on existing customer base by providing the highest level of customer service and support
  11. Maintain a proper database of our accounts and contacts
  12. Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork
  13. Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures
  14. Maintain regular and reliable attendance
