Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our program management team at Fluke. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in developing system-level products and managing geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of program managers and coordinators, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining programs, from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery and quality improvements.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation, mitigating risks and resolving issues to ensure project success.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, regional teams, and local functional leaders, communicating project status, risks, and opportunities effectively.
  • Continuously enhance PMO processes and methodologies, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management developing system-level products, encompassing electronic hardware, embedded firmware, and application software within fully integrated systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing highly skilled teams, including geographically dispersed cross-functional development teams.
  • Expertise in problem solving, risk management, change management, and Agile Program Management, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with PMP certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with fluency in English.
