About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Global Strategy and Transformation Leader to join our project management team. As a key member of our organization, you will lead and coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective delivery within budget and scope.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborators, and external partners to drive project success and build new quality within the organization.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

  2. Collaborate with regional and global teams to assign tasks, ensure effective communication, and monitor project progress.

  3. Manage project expenditures, track costs, and ensure adherence to budget constraints.

  4. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project progress.

  5. Establish and implement project timelines, ensuring turning points are met within specified deadlines.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in project management with a focus on successful project delivery.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse partners.

  • Strong analytical skills for effective decision-making and exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (project management certification as Green/Black Belt in Six Sigma is a plus).
