Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION - DANISH AND ENGLISH professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via phone, chat, and email. Your primary focus will be on assisting Danish-speaking clients in the streaming industry with contract and billing inquiries, as well as serving both B2B and B2C clients with high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance via phone, chats, and emails from Danish-speaking clients (streaming industry)
  • Address contract and billing inquiries
  • Serve B2B and B2C clients
  • Provide high-quality customer service


Requirements:
  • Fluency in Danish (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Strong communication skills and openness to working with people
  • Contract of employment or contract of mandate
  • Availability to work 5 days out of 7 with 8.5-hour shifts per day (including breaks), between Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00
  • Full remote or work from the office in Warsaw
