Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer issues related to our home WiFi Mesh Network solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues reported from the field that land in the development team's bucket.
  • Have a good understanding of the deployment environment and scenarios and be able to perform analysis of logs and device configurations of issues reported, to identify the cause or possible causes.
  • Also be able to browse code and gradually understand the code base and identify software fixes.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years' experience in testing, triaging and issue resolution of software systems.
  • Good understanding of home WiFi network and networking concepts.
  • Ability to understand and write software in Python / scripting or similar languages.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with ability to effectively use tools and techniques and root cause issues.
  • Ability to quickly learn intricacies of a new system by self-exploration and hands-on testing.
  • Working knowledge of Linux and software development & debugging tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and ability to work in a team.
  • Openness to work stationary on site in Katowice.

Recruitment Process:

  2. A phone call with H4H IT Consultant (15-30 minutes).
  3. A video call with our Partner's Tech Leader, to evaluate your skills (30-60 minutes).
  4. Discussion of the terms of cooperation.
  5. Onboarding alongside the experienced Team members.
