Job Description

The Business Analyst role plays a vital part in the implementation of Global Solutions as a Subject Matter Expert. This position supports the harmonization of ways of working, standardization of processes, and unification of system platforms across Operating Companies (OpCos).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the effective implementation of Global Solutions based on the HEINEKEN Enterprise Process Model (HEPM).
  • Providing expert knowledge of the subject area and project methodology.
  • Assisting in bridging the gaps between current ('as is') and future ('to be') processes.
  • Developing User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios, test scripts, and preparing test data.
  • Coordinating testing cycles, including UAT, end-to-end tests, regression testing, and authorization testing, including defects reporting and driving towards resolution.
  • Developing, distributing, and deploying materials related to new ways of working.
  • Identifying training needs, preparing, and delivering end-user training sessions.
  • Capturing lessons learned and integrating best practices into future implementations.
  • Ensuring a smooth transition to Business as Usual (BAU) after stabilization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting in an SSC/BPO environment, including 3+ years of experience in FP&A.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proven contributions to process improvement and standardization projects.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • An end-to-end understanding of finance processes and the ability to explain them to stakeholders.
  • Expertise in transactional processes or finance tools, with exposure to ERP systems.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills.
