**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our Client's team in Kraków. In this pivotal role, you will assist the Delivery Head, project/program managers, and business managers in achieving support objectives across various domains, including Financials, Project Reporting, Human Resources, Vendor Management, and Communications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collecting data, defining metrics, performing ad-hoc analyses, and producing Management Information (MI) reports.
  • Concentrating on deliverables such as Recruitment, Financials, Reporting, Logistics, and Communications.
  • Providing professional services to both the global project team and the local management team.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in dealing with global teams across multiple locations being advantageous.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Proactive with exceptional problem-solving and user support skills, maintaining a strong focus on customer service and high-quality work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
  • Ability to deconstruct complex problems and convey them clearly to both senior management and operational staff.
  • Solid understanding of GPDM, Pioneer, Discover, Clarity, and other emerging Technology and Financial Management Information Systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage stakeholders effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Python or Excel VBA and MS Office PowerPoint is an advantage.
