Financial Operations Coordinator Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our Billing Team at Solera Holdings, LLC. This is a hybrid position with responsibilities ranging from data entry, invoicing, and cash register applications.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:

  • Perform monthly pre-billing and billing runs.
  • Analyze pre-billing and billing results.
  • Resolve errors appearing during the billing run.
  • Create manual invoices and credit notes.
  • Generate quarter, half-year, and yearly invoices according to delivered data.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve disputes related to billing.
  • Manage client phone calls and call customers back.
  • Execute price increases in the system, including preparation of yearly price increases.
  • Prepare intercompany invoices.
  • Upload invoices to customer payment portals.
  • Provide internal and external reports.
  • Handle billing-related activities when a customer is acquired by another entity.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account receivables/billing/O2C/order-to-cash.
  • Proven track record as a billing specialist.
  • Fluent Spanish and English (minimum B2/C1). Knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Spanish law and regulations regarding billing, taxation, and best practices.
  • MS Office fluency (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to enhance process and controls.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a client-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
