Job Title: HR Consultant

At Mettler Toledo, we are seeking a skilled HR Consultant to join our Human Resources Team in Warsaw. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business goals through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR processes and systems to drive business outcomes, including performance management, talent management, and salary review.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders and business leaders to achieve organizational goals, embodying the OneHR philosophy and approach.
  • Identify and advise on recruitment needs, working closely with Talent Acquisition Experts and business leaders to deliver top talent to the organization.
  • Support the development of a positive employer brand image, both internally and externally, through various HR activities.
  • Assist new employees with their induction and adaptation to the organization.
  • Participate in diverse HR projects, driving innovation and improvement in people management practices.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in in-house HR, with a strong understanding of Polish labor law and labor market.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluent English is a must, with any additional language skills being an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with experience in IT environments or shared service organizations being a plus.
