Genpact invites applications for the role of Senior Accounts Payable Operations Specialist – Domain Trainee in our Krakow office.

The Accounts Payable Europe organization is responsible for providing professional services to the client affiliates across 31 countries. Our scope includes end-to-end AP process, invoice processing, issue and hold resolution, vendor query management, and AP related reconciliation activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact person for business and internal stakeholders for any AP related issues.
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Business stakeholders on handling exceptions, specific requirements, and complex issues of invoice processing and payment.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and deficiencies with requestors.
  • Ensure process controls and timely payment.
  • Provide technical guidance and share knowledge on processes and systems within the team.
  • Support and coordinate the team on daily processing/operations.
  • Oversee process KPI's and metrics.
  • Drive process improvements and participate in execution of projects.
  • Be a key user in migrations or system implementations.
Requirements
  • Fluent written and verbal skills in German (min C1 level).
  • Fluent written and verbal skills in English (min C1 level).
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end S2P processes.
  • Ability to define and articulate underlying process gaps.
