We're seeking a skilled AirHelp Specialist to join our global Operations Team, providing expert support for air passengers worldwide. Our team of 400+ AirHelpers speak 19 languages and share a common goal: making travel better.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers throughout the claim-handling process, from initial contact to resolution, ensuring timely and friendly communication via email, chat, and social media channels.
- Utilize your legal knowledge to advise and assist air travelers, leveraging our proprietary technology and training programs.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Chinese language skills (B2 level or higher) for effective communication.
- Experience with targets and performance metrics is a plus.
- A strong understanding of the airline industry and customer service principles.
- The ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
