The Entity Accounting and Reporting Senior Specialist is a key role within our Finance team. This position is responsible for supporting Finance and FP&A local teams in accounting, reporting, and FP&A areas to ensure all data is accurate. The Specialist collaborates with other team members and stakeholders from different teams, takes part in meetings, and supports Expert if needed and acts as an Expert's backup.



The Senior Specialist in Entity Accounting and Reporting will be responsible for:




  • IFRS and Statutory accounting and reporting, entity planning
  • Financial analysis to support budget, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
  • Ownership of GBS R2R processes from the data collection to analysis to posting initiation and reporting in the area of General Ledger (IFRS and Statutory accounting and reporting, entity planning)
  • Preparation of draft IFRS and Statutory reporting timely and in accordance with the IFRS and Local Accounting legislation
  • Perform key account balances reconciliations such as accruals, accounts payables, prepayments, fixed assets, intangibles, and intercompany balances
  • Maintain detailed GBS transactional documentation (IFRS, Statutory requirements) for the market in charge and update it to ensure Core Services are executed in line with Corporate and market local accounting requirements


The ideal candidate for this role will have a university degree, preferably specializing in economics, finance, or accounting with a strong knowledge of IFRS and any other statutory/local GAAP. A minimum of 2 years of work experience in GL/RTR area, with experience in preparation of Financial Statements and in a multinational working environment is required. Additionally, experience in FP&A basic activities of budget and forecasting, fluency in English, and knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary. Experience with SAP and excellent communication skills are also desirable.
