Job Description

The Expense Administration Team Leader is responsible for leading a team that prepares and reviews financial reports, including budgets, TER, and VAT filings. The team also handles various tasks related to expense administration, such as preparing and submitting fund event documents. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in people management, client service, and the investment funds industry. Strong reviewing skills, risk awareness, and project management abilities are essential for this role.

A key aspect of this position is providing assistance to the business by ensuring accurate task allocation and workload management. The leader will also be responsible for communication with clients and stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact. Additionally, they will participate in projects aimed at improving efficiency, quality, and accuracy of deliverables within the Expense Administration Department.
