About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strategic Talent Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all coordination for interviews, ensuring excellent candidate and hiring team experiences, coordinating travel, creating offer documentation, and providing support to our TA and People teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all interview coordination, working across time zones and with complex scheduling requirements.
  • E nsure that candidates and hiring teams have an exceptional experience throughout the process.
  • Coordinate and manage travel for candidates as needed.
  • Create offer documentation for new hires and oversee the pre-onboarding process with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Become a systems expert and provide support to our TA and People teams.
  • Conduct all necessary TA Operations tasks, including background checks and expense reimbursement.
  • Develop and maintain reporting for our TA & People teams.
  • Build and maintain documentation and educational materials outlining TA Operations processes.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Partner closely with various teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process for candidates and customers.
  • Identify opportunities to create efficiencies and improve the experience for customers and candidates.
Your Background
  • 1+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordination role.
  • Demonstrated experience working with high volumes and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and provide a world-class customer experience.
  • Ability to think critically and be solution-focused.
  • Experience working as part of a global team is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and an ATS is preferred.
  • Previous experience managing hard copy signing of employment contracts and documentation in Poland is advantageous.
  • Must be available to work onsite at the Guidewire office in Kraków.
