HR Specialist with Romanian Language Expertise

We are seeking an HR Generalist with expertise in Romanian language to join our team at McCormick. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing HR administration assistance for the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, employee status changes, and leaver processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing HR administration assistance for the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, employee status changes, and leaver processes.
  • Processing HR data in daily work, preparing employment documents, registering data in HR systems, and preparing data reports according to defined KPIs.
  • Ensuring compliance with SOX and best practices are learned, understood, and followed to standard.
  • Working on process excellence within own area of responsibility and recommending process improvements.
  • Collaborating with HR services providers and institutions like Social Security Institution, Tax Offices, benefits providers, Background Check provider, and other institutions and agencies in the labor market.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with experience within HR business function being ideal.
  • Fluent English and Romanian language skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering services and providing advisory to others.
  • Preferred experience with multicultural and/or remote customers, stakeholders, and employee experience oriented, rooted in strong understanding of HR.
  • Understanding of delivery role in shared services functions, attention to detail, and engaging in collaborative work teams.
  • Problem-solving skills in both process complexity and employee relations.
  • Ability to build and sustain relations at all levels, business acumen, and understanding of self-service systems, HR, and call center technology.
  • Preferred experience working with SAP and SuccessFactors.
