Job Description:
As a Collections Specialist with Dutch language expertise, you will be responsible for managing and organizing collections and dispute management activities in Philips' Accounting Operations team. Your primary goal will be to minimize outstanding receivables by working closely with businesses and implementing efficient and effective processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and support the development of accounts receivable processes
- Establish and maintain an effective overdue control and follow-up program for all customer accounts
- Execute the collection process for defined customers, including strategic customers
- Organize and support the development of cash and collection processes
- Follow up on relevant queries and solve escalations in close cooperation with sectors
- Ensure compliance with ICS checks
- Participate in the Dispute Council as an active member

You're the Right Fit If:
- 2-3 years of experience in Collections, AR department
- Fluent English and fluent Dutch, both written and spoken
- Work experience in SAP system
- Background in F&A, Economics, or Business Administration
- Customer service focus
