About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Implementation Specialist to join our team at Baselinker. As a key player in our customer onboarding process, you'll work closely with top e-commerce brands and retailers in the UK to deliver seamless implementations that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for Baselinker customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and system integration
  • Analyse customer requirements, providing tailored recommendations and best practice solutions
  • Deliver technical demos with customers while onboarding onto Baselinker
  • Craft detailed plans, timelines, and roadmaps for multiple projects
  • Configure and customise Baselinker systems to meet client needs
  • Design and implement solutions that optimise clients' workflows
  • Engage with clients to understand their business goals and align our solutions to enhance their operations
  • Evaluate the success of each project by measuring outcomes against set goals
  • Help customers integrate additional tools to enhance their Baselinker system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience implementing Baselinker or other similar SaaS e-commerce solutions
  • Solid understanding of the UK e-commerce landscape, and experience working with e-commerce retailers and brands
  • Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with ease
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
