As a Customer Planner Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing business processes of Integrated Customer Business Planning with all interrelated processes like target setting, volume forecasting, TTS setup, and customer claims. This role will help liberate Customer Account Managers to spend more time on growing the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily support of Customer Account Managers in planning and execution of customer-related promotional activities, and interrelated processes, by creating promotion input, ensuring promo creation in TPM are completed on-time-in-full, and updating and cancelling details on-time-in-full.
  • Daily support of Customer Account Managers in planning and execution of customer-related non-promotional activities, and interrelated processes, by ensuring all relevant non-promotional details are up-to-date and available in TPM, and updating and cancelling details on-time-in-full.
  • Establishing strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including Customer Account Managers, CSP Team, Integrated Planning Team, Claims Management Specialist, and Pricing Team.

Qualifications we seek in you:

  • Any Graduate / preferably Business or Operations
  • Proactive and Self-motivated to follow up or chase with multiple teams for pending information
  • Fair understanding of upstream and downstream of process in Trade Promotions: FMCG business features, Business planning and execution processes, Trade Claims, Trade Pay and Deductions
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving, organization skills, and attention to detail
  • Fluent in both Czech & English in verbal and written
  • Experience in Microsoft suite including Outlook, Power Point and MS Teams; advanced Excel skills
