About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team at TN Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the Workday application in Germany.

About the Responsibilities:

  1. Design, build, test, and deploy business process and security solutions for Workday HR Modules.
  2. Collaborate with the HR team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  3. Manage the Workday upgrade and changes.
  4. Maintain and support Workday security framework for the organization and look for opportunities to streamline the security roles and role assignments.
  5. Work with project teams on various Workday implementation and optimization projects.
  6. Document and build standard operating procedures (SOPs) for existing and new processes.
  7. Design and provide solutions for automating various HR processes by leveraging technology.
  8. Advise stakeholders on best practices to streamline current processes.
  9. Guide cross-functional teams on configuration and testing strategies.
  10. Collaborate within the team and the HR organization on Workday projects.

About You:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, HR, IT, or Business.
  2. 2+ years of hands-on experience in various Workday modules, including configuration experience - business process and security framework, 5+ years of general HRIS experience.
  3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to drive projects and issues to completion, highly developed problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent analytical and technical skills with great attention to detail.
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and data accuracy when handling employee information.
  8. Fluent German and English (both written and spoken).
