We are currently seeking an HR Services Specialist to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. This role will involve performing HR duties in various functional areas, focusing on global and regional programs administration, communication, compliance, and employee relations.

The HR Services Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and measuring employee competencies that support country goals. They will ensure adequate HR programs for main functions like Talent Management, Compensation Administration, and Communication. As a local HR partner, they will handle operational decisions with management and employees.

The successful candidate will need to ensure that legal aspects are properly handled and compliance with Company policy and procedures. They will inform the outsource payroll company about new hires and leavers with required information and documentation. The HR Services Specialist will prepare monthly payroll data for the payroll company.

They will administer and communicate all benefit programs, including coordination with third-party administrators and carriers, system maintenance, and claims resolution. The HR Services Specialist will manage employee leaves of absence, keeping track of annual vacations and sickness leaves. Coordination of legal documentation for sickness leaves with the payroll company will also be their responsibility.

The HR Services Specialist will update employee lists and related records in company systems. They will prepare and distribute salary letters in review periods and on an ad-hoc basis upon requirement. Making company announcements of new hires and leavers will also be part of their tasks.

The HR Services Specialist will keep track of job descriptions and make updates as necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and measure employee competencies that support the accomplishment of the country's goals by providing the most effective HR service.
  • Ensure that the country has adequate HR programs to support the activities in main functions such as Talent Management, Compensation Administration, and Communication.
  • Be the local HR partner for the management and the employees for all operational decisions.
  • Ensure that all legal aspects are properly handled and ensure compliance with Company policy and procedures.
  • Inform the outsource payroll company for new hires and leavers with required support information and documentation.
